Waterfront Notes is a small, independent site about Wellington’s waterfront and harbour architecture. There is no office, no phone line and no enquiry form here.
Corrections. If you spot a factual error on any page, we would like to fix it. Where possible we will correct it against a public source, and we update pages as better information turns up.
What we cannot help with. We have no connection with Clyde Quay Wharf, its developer, architects, contractor, body corporate or residents. We cannot respond to enquiries about:
- buying, selling or valuing apartments
- leasing residential or commercial space
- the management, maintenance or rules of the building
- access, parking or deliveries at the wharf
Where to go instead. For anything to do with the building itself, contact its body corporate through official channels, or a licensed real estate or property management professional. The government’s unit titles site explains how bodies corporate work, and how to find information about a unit title development.
For questions about the public waterfront, such as events, promenade access or maintenance of public spaces, Wellington City Council is the right contact.
